This month has been a quieter one for me, unlike my June it hasn’t been filled with concerts and London trips. It has however given me more time to work on my businesses and plan my next steps. Getting organised being the big theme of the month.
I’m starting with ‘Tick, Tick… Boom!’ as I watched this recently for the second time since it was first released to Netflix in 2021. Directed by Lin Manuel Miranda and Production Design by Alex DiGerlando.
I was tasked with painting a snowy Canadian landscape, which I went into with both nerves and excitement as it’s quite far from the type of painting I would usually create. Quite a bit larger too. But, I’m always up for a challenge and an opportunity to improve my creative skills.
I’ve been working on these cute illustrations of landmarks around London for a little while now. They are super easy and fun to create so I thought it would be a nice idea to write through the process so anyone who wants to give it a go can create their own.
