A trip to the Frameless Exhibition in London
Frameless is an immersive art exhibition in the heart of London, featuring five distinct rooms, each dedicated to a different artistic theme. From surrealism to abstract art, each space showcases iconic works, bringing them to life in creative and unexpected ways. The experience allows you to step inside the art, making it feel as though you are truly a part of it.
You may have seen this type of exhibition popping up more frequently in recent years (I visited a pop-up Van Gogh version a few years back), but I have to say, Frameless has been the most impressive one yet. The level of quality is outstanding, with each piece carefully adapted to create the most immersive experience possible. Some of the interactive elements were especially fun, like being able to move projected petals along the floor (see the video below because my explanation probably doesn’t do it justice!).
One of my personal highlights was ‘The World Around Us’ room. I loved being surrounded by vivid interpretations of nature and stunning landscapes. One moment, I was in the middle of the ocean with Rembrandt, and the next, I was reminiscing about my trip to Venice while immersed in Canaletto’s work.

It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours in the city, whether you’re an art lover, visiting with family, or just looking for something a bit different to do.
If you’ve visited the Frameless exhibition, which painting was your favourite to be immersed in? ★
